Megan Rutz
Human Resource Manager
Megan has been serving as Lile International’s Human Resource Manager for the past nine years. Megan works with Lile’s Branch Managers and Supervisors on HR related issues including hiring new employees, performance management, safety and training.
Megan’s background includes 28 years of experience in Human Resource Management. Megan has represented Lile for the past 4 years at the Northwest Youth Careers Expo and leads Lile’s safety and training programs.
Megan has been a resident of Beaverton for the past 21 years with her husband and two children, and is active in the Beaverton High School and Highland Middle School Band Booster Clubs. She also is a long standing fan of her daughter’s ASA Silver Bullets 16B Softball Team.
