Diane DeAutremontPresident Diane DeAutremont is President and an owner of Lile International Companies, a certified woman-owned business. Diane began her career with the company in 1975 working as a Clerk in the Tacoma, WA dispatch office. She held various positions with the company and worked at three company branches prior to her appointment as Executive Assistant to the President in 1996. In 2002, she was appointed President of the company. Diane graduated from the University of Oregon with B.S. and M.B.A. degrees, and has more than 30 years of experience in the transportation industry. Diane sits on the Board of Directors for the Oregon Trucking Association and the Oregon Moving & Storage Association, and is a member of the Women President’s Organization.
A native of Fairbanks, Alaska, Diane grew up in the beautiful Puget Sound. She spends her free time reading to her grandchildren, Matias and Marcos, as well as cooking and gardening. She shares her home with Dan, four dogs: Kira, Magoo, PeeWee and Beyoncé.
Barbara LileVice President Barbara Lile is Executive Vice President and an owner of Lile International Companies, a certified woman-owned business. Barbara’s 45 year history with Lile started in 1964 at Lile’s Tacoma, WA office as a Receptionist, Dispatcher, Warehouse Assistant, and one of the first female Household Goods Packers in the State of Washington. In 1990 she became Office Manager for Lile’s Kent Branch and subsequently Branch Manager of Kent’s High Value Products division serving the Seattle Washington market. In 2000, she was appointed Executive Vice President of the company. Barbara attended the University of Washington, and currently manages Lile’s special corporate projects. She helped develop and implement Lile’s web-based inventory management system, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors.
When not working in the Lile’s Washington offices, Barbara enjoys gardening at her home in Auburn, knitting projects for family and friends, and listening to her son’s band at live music venues.
Dan DeAutremontVP Southern Region Dan DeAutremont is the Oregon Regional Vice President of Lile International and is responsible for sales, operations, and financial results at four of Lile’s ten branches. Dan started with the company in 1983 at our Eugene, OR branch where he was responsible for 1000% growth in branch revenue thus earning him a promotion to Director of Sales and Operations With over 30 years in the Moving and Storage industry, Dan has used his experience and innovation to establish Lile International as a top ten North American Van Lines agent and leader in the relocation industry in the Pacific Northwest. Dan is active in the Portland Relocation Council, the Building Owners Management Association as well as the Portland Business Alliance Small Business Council.
When he’s not working he likes to garden, spend time with grandsons, Matias and Marcos, and watch sports. He was born in Crescent City, California and raised in Eugene, Oregon.
Don ConnellyVP Military & Government Affairs Don joined Lile International Companies in 1990 as Director of Agency Development. Prior to Lile, Don worked for Smyth Van & Storage in Norfolk, Virginia, Tacoma, Washington and Agana, Guam, as well as Sunrise Transportation in Manteca, CA. In 1998 he was promoted to Vice President of Lile’s Military and Government division. Don brings over 30 years of military transportation experience to Lile. He has served as General Manager and Administrative Supervisor in his previous roles and now offers his expertise in all areas of military relocation including local, interstate and overseas moves.
Originally from Walnut Creek, CA, Don moved to the Pacific Northwest in 1990 from San Diego. He enjoys working in his garden, and spending time with his two children, Jim and Kim.
Vanessa RimbyChief Financial Officer Vanessa joined Lile International Companies in 1987 as a Staff Accountant. With over 25 years of experience she now holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. Vanessa is responsible for all accounting and IT efforts throughout Lile’s 10 branches. Vanessa’s longevity within Lile’s organization and industry puts her in a unique position to understand our customers’ needs and to assist in designing programs and service offerings allowing Lile to successfully respond to an ever-changing marketplace. Vanessa is a graduate of the University of Oregon receiving a B.S. in Finance with minors in both Marketing and Computer Science. She also attended Portland State University participating in their Post Baccalaureate Accounting program. Prior to joining Lile, Vanessa worked as a Lending Specialist in the consumer finance industry and as an Office Manager for a small start up company.
Vanessa enjoys spending time with her family. She likes taking her dog Jasmine on long walks and is President of a women’s investment club.
Megan RutzHuman Resource Manager Megan has been serving as Lile International’s Human Resource Manager for the past 14 years. Megan works with Lile’s Branch Managers and Supervisors on HR related issues including hiring new employees, performance management, safety and training. Megan’s background includes 33 years of experience in Human Resource Management. In addition to Human Resources, Megan leads Lile’s training programs.
Megan has been a resident of Beaverton for the past 26 years with her two children. A native of the Northwest, Megan is a graduate and supporter of OSU. She enjoys watching competitive softball.
