Lile North American Moving & Storage receives DJC TopProject Award

Lile North American Moving & Storage is pleased to receive the 2011 Best DMWESB Professional Services Award from the Daily Journal of Commerce. The DMWESB TopProjects Awards recognize the building efforts and services provided by Disadvantaged, Minority, Women-owned, Emerging and Small Business Enterprises. Projects were judged on the scope of work, challenges and obstacles, budget and schedule, quality and overall project. Lile, a certified woman-owned business, was nominated for its successful completion of the Edith Green building relocation in downtown Portland in 2010.

Riverdale High School students assume leadership roles with Donor’s Resource

Lile’s partner, Donor’s Resource, recently handed over leadership of their online donation site to high school students from Riverdale High School in Portland, Oregon as part of the nonprofit’s youth leadership program. Nine students from Riverdale have taken over the organization assuming leadership roles for social media, development, program coordination, marketing, graphic design and web development. They meet five days a week with the goal of raising awareness of the needs in our community, improving DonorsResource.org and learning how to operate a nonprofit. Lile attends the 18th Annual Coldwell Banker Oregon Business Conference

Lile participated in the 18th Annual Coldwell Banker Oregon Business Conference at the Marriott Downtown Waterfront on Friday. Nearly 100 Coldwell Banker Agents from throughout Oregon attended the event including Portland, Salem, Eugene, the Oregon Coast and Bend. The event summed up two days of education and training for agents throughout Oregon and Washington.

Lile participates in the Coldwell Banker NW Regional Conference

Lile recently participated in the Coldwell Banker Regional Education Conference in Bellevue, Washington. This annual event for Coldwell Banker Brokers and Agents from WA, Idaho and Alaska included a terrific key note speaker, Matthew Ferrara, who shared great tips on social networking and marketing. Lile was one of over 20 exhibitors from the Seattle Metro region at the show.

Lile Wins Great West Safety Award
Lile recently was recognized by the Oregon Trucking Association (OTA) and Great West Casualty Company (in cooperation with the American Trucking Association) with the Great West Safety Award, 3rd place for outstanding achievement in highway safety in the Cartage, Movers and Warehouse category. This is the third consecutive year that Lile has received this award.
