I just wanted to extend our thanks to Claudio and the supervisors of the crew that delivered my military household goods on the 25th of August. The leader of the crew was Richard and he and his helpers were awesome. I had about 17,000 lbs, it was at least 97 degrees, and not once did I hear any whining or derogatory remarks from any of them. They were extremely professional and courteous and made our last military move a pleasant one. I think that exceptional performance deserves some sort of reward or recognition...hence this note. Great service! On the day of delivery we still didn't know if we were going to get the house until around 10:00am. Jennie W. at the office and Kevin B., the driver, were very helpful in stalling long enough to give us time to iron out details and get the keys. I arrived at the house about 10 minutes before the truck and our household goods were unloaded right into the house (instead of storage). I don't know if they'll get to see this message but if they do, THANK YOU! I've experienced 4 military moves and customer service by the moving company on this one was by far the best.”
